Our trip to FFHM 2023 marked a significant milestone for the Love In Action Foundation as we continued our journey of recovery and growth post-COVID. After the challenges and restrictions of the pandemic, attending the Fellowship of Families and Ministries (FFHM) event allowed us to reconnect with our community, share our mission, and amplify our impact in meaningful ways.
At the event, we showcased how our programs adapted during the pandemic to support families facing isolation and hardship. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with many attendees inspired by our resilience and commitment to love in action. We formed new partnerships and strengthened existing ones, which have since helped us expand our outreach and resource network.
Post-COVID, our organization focused on addressing increased mental health challenges and social disconnection. FFHM 2023 was a platform to highlight these efforts, emphasizing our holistic approach to healing and empowerment. The engagement we received underscored the importance of continuing our work with renewed energy and collaboration.
Overall, the trip reaffirmed the Foundation’s vital role in community restoration and sparked fresh enthusiasm among our team and supporters. It was a powerful reminder that, even in the face of adversity, love and action drive lasting change.
